There is no reason to buy this software disk as it simply provides web access to set up a subscription to use the software online. The package does not allow installation of QuickBooks on your local computer. One could go the Intuit site, signup for a one month free trial and download software that allows one to run QuickBooks Simple Start from the Intuit site. I made the error of assuming that I could run QuickBooks from my local computer without an internet connection. I do not wish to spend about $13.00 per month to use QuickBooks Simple Start online.
