Review : Software Crashes
Ive been a satisfied user of TurboTax for 8 years now and this year it does nothing but crash on startup. There is nothing worse than software companies taking your money and delivering a product thats not fit for use.
If you are a prospective buyer I would be inclined to hold off buying for now and monitor the reviews to see if it gets fixed. Not all PC configurations are the same and as such it may not crash on your configuration... there again.. thats what I thought after I discounted the reviews that I too had read. Doh !
